Return Policy:
To start a return, you can contact us at weactuallycare@dosedaily.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship. Please follow the exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
For sanitary reasons, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please contact us at weactuallycare@dosedaily.co to resolve any issues with the damaged products immediately. If there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
Lost Items
Dose is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed, or Undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
